| The journey begins »
- They drive a hot car.
- Everyone loves road trips.
- The sun always shines on them (unless it rains).
- They don't need ethanol.
- 8 states + 3 provinces + 10 days. Added together, it's half of 42.
- Their good luck charm is a one-eyed Daruma doll.
- Gas isn't going to get any cheaper.
- We got Mo-Joe.
- It takes more power to run a hair dryer than to drive a solar car.
- If we win this race, we only need to win 39 more to have 42 championships.
- See sunflowers, canola fields and wind farms, oh my!
- We connect with alums border to border.
- When else would you go to Medicine Hat?
- Canadian loonies are stronger than American dollars.
- The car gets a free pass through customs.
- Technogeeks on parade.
- The sun's not yellow, it's chicken! (according to Bob Dylan)
- Canadian finish line? You betcha!
- We're the only Missouri team competing this year.
- LED blinkers.
- We're more lovable than Michigan.
- Jeepers! There's a Pieper.
- Now they have a real steering wheel.
- Why not?
- See plains, trains and solarmobiles.
- Solar power is the answer to everything.
- You can park it, plug it in and run your house.
- Kids think it's cool.
- Sunshine on their solars makes them happy.
- Because, because, because, because, because -- because of the wonderful things it does.
- Drink Moosehead in Moosejaw.
- We are Missouri S&T.
- One-wheel drive.
- Save gas. Surf the web (solar42.mst.edu).
- Are we there yet?
- The sun will come out tomorrow.
- We don't fear turtles.
- But beware of prairie dogs.
- Watch the shadows!
- Outrace Canadian mounties.
- See solar cars on ice.
- Our team is kind of a big deal.
